Beauty and the Beast Book Tag

I have decided to do the Beauty and the Beast book tag in honor of today being Valentine's day.

“Oh what a guy, Gaston!” A villain you can’t help but love:

Definitely Lothaire from the Immortals After Dark series by Kresley Cole

“Here’s where she meets Prince Charming” Your OTP:

This is also a hard one because I have so many. But I'm going with Lois and Clark from the Lois Lane trilogy by Gwenda Bond, Lazlo and Sarai from Strange the Dreamer and Vasya and Morozko from the Winternight trilogy.

“I want so much more than this provincial life” A character destined for greater things:

Feyre Cursebreaker from the ACOTAR to be sure.

“Be our guest!” A book that made you hungry:

That would have to be Heartless by Marissa Meyer. The descriptions of the treats she makes in that novel made my mouth water.

“Beauty and the Beast” Opposites attract:

This is totally Cardan and Jude from the Cruel Prince series.

“But there’s something in him that I simply didn’t see” A character who is more than they appear:

Severus Snape. I love how he went out of his way to protect Harry and Draco while everybody thought him a villain.

“I was innocent and certain, now I’m wiser but unsure” A book that changed you in some way:

Rose Daughter by Robin McKinley

“Kill the Beast!” A book you picked up because of hype:

The Bear and the Nightingale by Katherine Arden and I loved it.

“I’ll never shake away the pain” A book or moment that always makes you cry:

The moment when Sarai dies at the end of Strange the Dreamer.

“How does a moment last forever” A book that you’ve loved since you were little:

Savage Passions by Cassie Edwards. I read it when I was 10 and I still love it to this day.

Well, that's it for the Beauty and the Beast book tag. I hope you enjoyed it and I'll see y'all again on the blog soon.
